Integration terms

Lyravo Lux Fleet Calendar is intended for authorized fleet operators who have permission to connect the selected Google Calendar to the Lyravo Lux vehicle database.

Read-only integration

The integration reads calendar events and maintains a separate occupancy cache and vehicle mapping dictionary. It does not create, change or delete Google Calendar events. The account holder may revoke access through their Google account.

Availability information

Displayed dates reflect the latest successful synchronization. Provisional reservations, maintenance periods, incomplete data and uncertain vehicle matches may require manual confirmation. A calendar display is not a completed reservation or a guarantee of vehicle availability. The concierge or fleet provider confirms the final vehicle, dates, delivery, rental terms and price before booking.

Operator responsibilities

Operators should verify vehicle mappings, especially when an internal fleet number has been reused or multiple vehicles share a model name. Google API access remains subject to Google’s account controls and service availability.

Data handling

Use of Google Calendar data is described in the Calendar privacy policy. These terms apply to the calendar integration and do not replace a vehicle rental agreement with its provider.
