Fleet Calendar

Lyravo Lux Fleet Calendar connects an authorized fleet operator’s Google Calendar to the Lyravo Lux vehicle database. It reads vehicle reservation dates, identifies the relevant vehicle, and displays an availability calendar for rental enquiries.

The integration requests read-only access to calendar events. It does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events. Customers browsing the rental collection do not need to connect a Google account.

The backend synchronizes bookings every 15 minutes. Current and future reservations appear as booked, provisional or maintenance periods. Historical vehicle model labels help identify the correct fleet record. Uncertain matches require an operator’s confirmation.
